Frequently Asked Questions
What paperwork is necessary and how do I fill it out?
I will send a deposit contract by e-mail. The contract will tell you what you will receive when your pup goes home as well as asking you to tell us a little about your family situation. You can return the deposit contract by e-mail or by snail mail.
When are payments due and what forms of payment do you take?
The $500 deposit is due when your name is placed on the waiting list for a particular litter and the balance is due when you pick up the
pup. The deposit can be made through the Paypal or Venmo link on the "New Litters" page. When the puppy is picked up the balance must be in cash or I do alternately accept Venmo.
How soon can we come to see the puppies?
For the sake of the health of the pups, I do not have visitors until the pups have received their first vaccination at around 7 1/2 weeks old.  After that I will schedule appointments to make selections.  However, I do send pictures and commentary on the progress of the litter so you can watch them grow.
Where are you located?
I am located in north east Connecticut.
Are your pups sold with a limited or a full AKC registration?
I send our pups home with a limited AKC registration, meaning the pup will
be AKC registered but cannot be bred.
What days and hours do you schedule appointments?
I schedule appointments Monday-Saturday, trying to work around the schedules of families as much as possible. I do reserve Sundays for worship and family.
What puppy food will my puppy be on?
I feed my pups a premium holistic food called Life's Abundance. I chose this food because of its flawless history, never having a recall, having all natural and healthy recognizable ingredients, and is specially formulated by the best in the industry to meet your puppy/dogs every nutritional need. It will keep your pup in optimum health and therefore will save you money. It is also readily available to all my puppy families because it is ordered online.
Do you offer a warranty?
Yes, I offer a 2 year genetic health warranty.  This covers any moderate to severe genetic health defect to the extent that it renders your dog unsuitable as a pet.  Contract would be void if pup is overweight or spayed/neutered before a year and first heat.   It also is required that pup remain on Life's Abundance Food.
